NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of Deanna Mae Cline, Deceased, that on May 20, 2026, Tye Kala Mitchell produced and filed in the District Court of Woodward County and State of Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Deanna Mae Cline, Deceased, and also filed in said Court a Petition praying for the probate of said will, that Letters Testamentary issue thereon to Tye Kala Mitchell, and that the Court determine the heirs of Deanna Mae Cline, Deceased, and that said Petition will be heard at the Courtroom of said Court in the City of Woodward, Oklahoma, in Woodward County on June 26, 2026, at the hour of 1:30 o’clock p.m. of said day, when and where all persons interested can appear and show cause, if any they have, why the prayer of said Petition should not be granted.

Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of William Allen Cline, Sr., Deceased, Tye Kala Mitchell filed a Petition praying for Letters of Administration to be issued thereon to Tye Kala Mitchell; that Tye Kala Mitchell be appointed as the Personal Representative of said estate; and that the heirs of Decedent should be judicially determined.
Pursuant to an Order of said Court, the Petition will be heard before this Court in the Courtroom, at Woodward Oklahoma, in said County and State, on June 26th, 2026, at 1:30 p.m., when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.

NOTICE OF SALE OF BONDS
In accordance with 62 O.S. 2021, § 354, notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of Independent School District Number 2 of Woodward County, Oklahoma will receive bids by; sealed bid, facsimile bid, electronic (Parity®) bid or similar secure electronic bid on the 23rd day of June, 2026, until 11:45 o’clock a.m., and the Board of Education will award said Bonds at 12:00 o’clock p.m. on the 23rd day of June, 2026, at the Conference Room, Mooreland Public Schools, 304 NW 4th Street, Mooreland, Oklahoma, for the sale of $1,350,000 of Taxable Building Bonds of said School District, which Bonds will mature $1,350,000 annually in two (2) years from their date until paid.
Said Bonds shall be sold to the bidder bidding the lowest rate of interest the Bonds shall bear and agreeing to pay par and accrued interest for the Bonds. Each bidder shall submit with his bid a sum in cash, cashier’s or certified check, electronic (wire) transfer or surety bond payable to the Treasurer of the District, equal to two (2%) percent of the amount of his bid. The Board reserves the right to reject all bids.
