RELEASE OF EDUCATIONAL RECORDS AND
FAMILY EDUCATIONAL RIGHTS AND PRIVACY ACT (FERPA)
Mooreland Public Schools hereby notifies all parents and/or guardians about the release of their child’s information and photographs for various purposes. These purposes include
releasing honors, achievements and student created works on the District’s website, school newspapers, school yearbooks, local and/or regional newspapers, directories, activity programs, individual classroom websites and other normal school publications.
It is understood that student information will be released for the purposes stated above and does NOT replace any rights or obligations under FERPA or the District’s policies implementing FERPA. Any parent who wants to revoke their consent in full or revoke their consent to any specific student identifying information must send a written notification to the respective school principal at Mooreland Schools, P.O. Box 75, Mooreland, OK 73852.

NOTICE OF FILING PERIOD FOR ELECTION OF DISTRICT DIRECTOR
Notice is hereby given that any person who is a registered voter and a resident of the Woodward County Conservation District and has entered into or will enter into a Cooperator Agreement with the Directors of said District, may have their name placed on the official ballot of the District Director Election of said District for Position Number E1 by filing a Notification and Declaration of Candidacy with said District located at 3300 Oklahoma Ave., Suite 800, Woodward, OK 73801 between the dates of May 1-May 14, 2026. Notification and Declaration of Candidacy forms may be obtained at the above location or on the Oklahoma Conservation Commission website. Completed forms must be returned to the above district location before close of business on the last day of the filing period. The Election will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2026.
