LEGAL NOTICE
Croell, Inc., 2010 Kenwood Ave, PO Box 430, New Hampton, Iowa 50659, has submitted a permit application
to the Oklahoma Department of Mines (ODM) to mine sand and gravel through the surface mining method on
portions of the following parcels of land:
The Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE¼SW¼) and the South Half of the South Half of the
Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (S½S½NE¼SW¼) of Section 23, Township 22 North, Range 19
West, Woodward County, Oklahoma.
Address of: 213502 East County Road 45, Mooreland, Oklahoma, 73852
The total permit area contains 50.0 acres. The permit site is located approximately ½ mile east of Mooreland on
Hwy 412, then 5 miles south on Country Rd 214 (Gun Range Road), then ½ mile west on Country Rd 45. North
Canadian River lays on the west side of the owned property, 440 meters west of the permit area’s border.
A copy of this complete permit application is available for public inspection on ODM’s website https://
mines.ok.gov.
Interested parties without access to the internet may obtain a copy of the application by contacting ODM at
405-427-3859.
Any landowner or resident of any occupied dwelling, any public entity or public agency, or any party that may
be adversely affected has the right to submit comments or object to the issuance of the permit in writing. An
informal conference will be provided if requested. Any objections or requests for an informal conference
on this application must be in writing and received no later than fourteen (14) days after the final
publication of this notice to the
